Overhaul and drying of the active part of a 110/20/6 kV power transformer in Rosenets TS

Service Overview

In execution of a contract, Energoimport-Export Ltd performed a major repair and drying of the active part of transformer № 2 10 MVA 110/20 / 6,3 kV. Operations included: Replacement of the existing 110kV, 20kV and 6.3kV outlets and adaptation to the new capacitive type, Replacement of the Coolers, Shut-off and Protective Valves, Level Indicators, Replacement of motor drives and diagnostics of operation of the power switch, Installation of a new motor drive control, Regeneration of old oil to new indicators, Drying of the coil by thermal-vacuum technology, Restoration of anticorrosive coating, electrical measurements and functional samples were performed. All constructive changes were calculated and reflected by designer-constructor.
